RETURN & REFUND POLICY
All full-priced items only can be exchanged. We have a no refund policy. Conditions apply as follows.
There has to be a reasonable reason you need to return your item. We require the item to not be worn, not washed & the swing tag to still be on within two weeks of purchasing. If all this is accepted we will allow the exchange to the same value spent in full.
All exchange orders Under $150 placed online are to be returned by the customer at your expense and include a return parcel post envelope at your expense with your details for items to send back to you.
Unless it was a fault of ours or the item is faulty. We will pay for the return.
Please send a photo's front and back of each item for a decision to be made. Before you return the item has to be approved first.
This will be decided by OPA.
All exchange orders that are over $150 will only have to pay to return items and we will pay the cost for the exchanged goods and postage with tracking to be sent back to you.
Unless it was a fault of ours or the item is faulty. We will refund your return items postage as a refund.
